The Cottonwood Lane renovation was a three part renovations. The project began with the demolition and reconstruction of a detached two-car garage, along with the addition of a connecting link that seamlessly ties the garage to the main residence. Inside, the main floor underwent a complete renovation centered around a reimagined kitchen. Throughout the home, all windows were replaced, and new Marvin patio doors were installed in the living room, maximizing natural light and creating a stronger connection to the lake views beyond. The renovation was completed with the addition of a private sitting room off the primary suite, creating a peaceful retreat with views of the surrounding landscape.
