Step 1
Consultation
The first step in our process is to meet with you in-person to discuss your ideas and understand how you live, what you value, and what you want your home to feel like. This is the time to bring your photos, floorplans, Pinterest boards and any other wish list ideas you want to incorporate into your dream home. We’ll be offering our own ideas as well as addressing any questions or concerns you may have. Let’s take this opportunity to get to know each other, discuss pricing, and determine if we’re the right fit for you.
Step 3
Online Portal
We want to make sure you’re in the loop every step of the way. We’ll provide you with login credentials to our online portal where you can login to keep track of the schedule, view progress photos, and submit new requests. You’ll also be able to stay on top of expenses and when your payments are due. Have any questions or concerns during the project? Easily contact us through the portal and we’ll get back to you right away.
Step 4
Finishing Up
As we near completion, we focus on the details that bring everything together. From final walkthroughs to making sure every element is just right, we take the time to address any questions or concerns and ensure your home is ready to be lived in and enjoyed from day one. At this time, we’ll discuss our warranty process in case any issues arise with your home after we leave.
