Our Team

Kaila was born in Buffalo, Minnesota, and graduated from Orono High School. Growing up, she took every opportunity, especially school days off, to join her dad on the jobsite, where she gained an early education in work ethic, craftsmanship, and the importance of doing things big or small the right way.
Kaila went on to attend Minnesota State University Moorhead, where she earned her degree in Business Management and played collegiate basketball. Her time as a student-athlete helped sharpen her skills in leadership, communication, and teamwork—qualities that continue to shape her professional approach today.

Now, Kaila is proud to be living out a lifelong dream: working not only with her dad, but also alongside her brothers. She brings a unique blend of business insight and real-world experience to the team, along with a deep-rooted passion for the work they do together. For Kaila, it’s not just a career—it’s family, legacy, and the fulfillment of a dream years in the making.
